as a child I was taught to not disturb any mama kitty with her newborn kittens, especially if she’s feral because she’ll get frightened and leave the kittens behind. This is the first time I actually SAW a cat in the process of giving birth though (or at least moments after.. I skedaddled before mama kitty saw me). Making note to leave extra food out for the strays tonight. Mama kitty needs extra nourishments!
In MY perfect world…
…I would just be doing art all day and have minions do the tasks I don’t necessarily like to do but HAVE to, like various household chores. But today, I have to clean out the closet. Stuff are getting tangled in there like an overgrown jungle I can’t even find my underthings. Artists are not neat people. Well, some ARE - I’m obviously not one of them XD

On the work end, cards are aaall done and packed, Etsy stuff packed and sent, now sketches for a couple of characters and a cover concept to tackle. Minus my fave pajama pants. I’m still mourning the loss of that one ;___;
I’m finally ALMOST done with the sketch cards I was working on (just a couple more to go and I’M DONE OMG DOOONNEEE) - so that means it’s onwards to working on the stuff for Talking Comics (yes Steve I am working on it!!), a couple of covers for comics, artist proof card for Eric, pack some Etsy stuff to send, thumbnail some comics, thumbnail for future card sets, reply emails, household chores - I CAN DO IT. I CAN DO IT. DO NOT PANIC.
On an unrelated note my favourite pajama pants completely ripped at the seat and it’s the one I use most often while working. RIP, best pajama pants ever. If I have time I’ll have you fixed - if not you will start life anew as the lining on my kitty’s bed.
