Q:I'm working on a version of your Stephanie Brown Batgirl for a con this spring and I wondered if the bat on her costume was a part of the sweatshirt itself or a separate piece, like attached to the zipper pull or something. It's totally cool if you don't know, but my friends and I couldn't decide, so I thought I'd ask.
It’s actually meant to be part of the sweatshirt itself (though i seem to have forgotten to draw a zipper line down the middle of the emblem!). Though a bat insignia attached to the zipper pull is actually really cool too - it’s super funky that way!

Clearly the answer is both. Big Bat Symbol on the shirt and a little one on the zipper. Because if we know anything about Batman, it is that there must be bats everywhere.
